At Inclusion Tree, we are incredibly proud of our dedicated staff, who go above and beyond to support participants and their families every day. Nothing brings us more joy than hearing about our team’s positive impact on the lives of those they work with. Today, we want to share some heartwarming feedback we’ve received, because great work deserves to be celebrated!
Recently, Cate received glowing praise from an NDIA Planner for her outstanding work with a participant. The planner, Maureen, highlighted Cate’s professionalism, communication, and steadfast commitment to upholding NDIS principles.
Here’s what Maureen had to say:
“ I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding SS Cate and the incredible work she has done with our participant.
From day one, Cate has shown unwavering dedication and a genuine commitment to supporting our participant in working towards his goals. Her communication has been outstanding keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring transparency in all actions taken. Cate has consistently upheld the principles of the NDIS legislation, standing by what she believes is right and advocating strongly for the participant’s needs.
Although we haven’t yet fully achieved the participant’s goal, there has already been significant progress. The participant has started to engage with therapy and other supports something that had not been happening prior to Cate’s involvement. This shift gives us all hope and confidence that we are moving in the right direction.
Cate has made a remarkable impact in such a short period of time, and I truly appreciate her professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Well, done, Cate. I’m excited to continue working alongside you and thank you for all your hard work and dedication.”
Thanks to Cate’s efforts, the participant has made significant progress, engaging with therapy and other supports in ways they hadn’t before. This kind of transformative change is what Inclusion Tree is all about, and we couldn’t be prouder of Cate’s hard work.
Marty (Martin Byrne) also received a heartfelt message from Ross, the brother of one of his participants. Ross shared how Marty’s support over two years completely transformed his brother’s NDIS experience from limited support to a well-structured plan with a team of skilled professionals.
Ross’s words speak volumes:
“ Martin Byrne of Inclusion Tree was support coordinator for my brother for almost 2 years, from 2023 to 2025.
Martin’s assistance in that time was utterly invaluable. Before Martin came on board, my brother had a very small amount of support in his NDIS plan, and a single inexperienced and under qualified support worker. By the time we finished working with Martin, my brother had an extensive allocation of supports, more than we had ever thought was possible, and a suite of experienced and well-suited support workers and health professionals.
Throughout his time with us, Martin was professional, approachable, honest, and above all conscientious. He managed a range of difficult circumstances and interpersonal conflicts with sincerity, understanding and complete competence. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Inclusion Tree to anyone looking for a support coordinator to help them or their family members to get all the support and assistance they deserve under the NDIS.”
Marty’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication have made a lasting difference, and we’re so grateful to have him on our team.
Cate and Marty, we are beyond proud of your incredible work. Your passion, expertise, and kindness shine through in every interaction, and it’s no surprise that participants and their families are so grateful for your support.
To all our staff, thank you. Every day, you make a real difference in people’s lives, and we see and appreciate your hard work. Keep up the fantastic effort, and let’s continue changing lives together!
