Lisa has been working within the disability sector for 10 years in a variety of roles. Lisa has worked in many settings over the years, Banking, Administration, Retail and Restaurants. This diverse experience has given Lisa the ability to support and guide others in her role as a Director at Inclusion Tree and as a Support Coordinator. The experience of doing NDIS work is extremely rewarding for Lisa, she takes an empathic approach to working with her clients, families and professionals, enjoys being a conduit through which others can succeed in seeking and fulfilling their goals, contributing to all aspects of her role and adamant that this role is based on a person-centred approach to clients.

What others need to know to support me

When I reach out to you, it means that I really need your help as soon as possible. This doesn’t happen very often however, when it does, it is usually urgent.

Do things with me if I have asked for help. Don’t take over, allow me to see the process and do it myself to gain the knowledge.

I am a kinaesthetic leaner

The way I receive appreciation is through words of affirmation – Feel free to complement me any time.
