Experience

I worked for ten years in the building industry. After needing a career change, I ventured across to the disability industry where I found a new passion working as a disability support worker, I have been working in the role for approximately 5 years.

During this time, I have experienced and worked over a wide range of different sectors within this industry. I have supported participants requiring high support needs, palliative care, community access, and after school care.

Being able to provide participants with one on one support as a Support Co-ordinator is the next step in my career development, where I know that my skill set will be most valuable.
